What are they all about? I have no idea at all. And the figures are so unsteady, easily fall down.....

With that types of hat, the figures look German, so they are probably falling over from drinking too many steins of BEER !!!!

Yep, they could be German because German drink beer a lot as well as Japanese, so they might be Japanese lol....
