Finally I created a QR code which leads cellular phone web accessings to one of our web pages for cellular phones when it is scanned right by your cellular phone camera. Since I just renewed my cellular phone, still have hard time to handle it.... I am not sure this QR code was created oorrectly to work or not lol....
